Refund Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy for Processing Credits
All digital computational credits are final sale. Once processing credits are added to your account, they are non-refundable.
1. Nature of the Service & Exceptions
Flozium provides direct access to high-performance cloud rendering and transcoding servers. When you purchase "Processing Credits," server capacity is immediately allocated to your account. Because our service incurs immediate infrastructure costs, standard purchases are non-refundable.
Exception Policy:
We evaluate fiat currency refunds strictly on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that zero credits have been consumed. Furthermore, if a rendering job fails due to an internal server error on our end, the deducted credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
2. Technical Failures
In the event that a transcoding or compression task fails due to a system error on our end, Processing Credits will not be deducted from your balance. If you believe credits were deducted for a failed task due to server errors, please contact our technical support. Any compensation provided will be strictly in the form of replacement credits, not monetary refunds.
3. Billing Errors
Exceptions to this policy are strictly limited to technical billing errors (e.g., your payment method was accidentally charged multiple times for a single transaction). If you experience a billing error, you must notify us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Account Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., attempting to process illegal materials or abusing the API), any remaining Processing Credits will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
