Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2023
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Flozium platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Flozium provides cloud-based media processing solutions, including but not limited to batch format transcoding, resolution upscaling, and lossless file compression. The Service is powered by distributed cloud rendering clusters. Access to these computational resources requires the consumption of "Processing Credits."
3. User Accounts & Processing Credits
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. Users purchase Processing Credits which are then deducted based on the computational resources required for each transcoding or optimization task.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to process malicious, illegal, or copyright-infringing materials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policies or attempt to abuse our cloud infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." Flozium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to lost data or media files during the transcoding process.
